Phenomenal Oceanfront Condo in Luana Kai
This oceanfront “loft style”, third floor, two bedroom, two bath condo was
completely remodeled in February 2005 with new kitchen, granite counters, and
slate floors throughout the condo. All the furniture, electronics, washer/dryer,
kitchenware, linens were also upgraded. And unlike most units at Luana Kai, we
added super quiet super efficient AIR CONDITIONING for those rare Maui days
when you might need it. The kitchen and living room are extensively mirrored.
You can dine at the bar inside but most likely you’ll find yourself dining on the
large lanai watching just another gorgeous sunset. Who knows, in season, you
might even see a whale leap skyward just as the sun touches the water! For your
entertainment the living room includes, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo with CD player,
upgraded queen sleeper sofa, two easy chairs.
Also provided FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET!
The master bedroom has a super comfy king bed, ceiling fan, mirrored wardrobe
doors on a very large closet, beautiful white birch pergo floors and its own cable
TV. The private bath has a sunken sink and a tub shower combination. Our second
very quiet bedroom has a new comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, large closet with
mirrored wardrobe doors, and cable TV. All just a step away from the downstairs
bathroom and laundry.
Luana Kai is thought to have some of the lushest tropical grounds of any condos
on all of Maui. The large swimming pool area, facing the ocean, just about
everything you need to keep you and your family in comfort. Complete with gas
barbecues (including utensils), spa, sauna, bathrooms, kitchen and covered
cabana. All this becomes even more tropical and ROMANTIC when they light the
tiki torches each evening. Also for your enjoyment, are shuffleboard, tennis
courts, and a putting green.
